Two weeks later.
I'm still in the same situation I was before. Pathetic 10km mileage per week. Not counting the 4kms warm ups and running up staircases at night when people are asleep or watching tv in their tiny little apartment.
I'm tired in the mornings as well as after work. Why has it becoming a chore? I used to be able to run every morning, up and running before the sun's up. But I know at the back of my mind I need to get back into routine. But herein lies the problem. The getting back to routine. Sigh.
This weekend is do or die. 30km on the trail. No compromise.
I've got two new projects to get me excited. And nope, it's not about my job. More on that later peeps!

last week my mileage was only 20km..takutsss..only AKIM maintaning 100km+ mileage :)
I guess we're all having a tough time training, this year.

Why does running stop being fun anymore? I'll be in Singapore for a whole week after Desaru and planning to explore the MacRitchie and Bukit Timah trail/s. Haven't been in Sg for 20 years! Let's go for a run if you're free!
