There's so much we can learn when we start talking to other people. I was in PD last weekend to accompany Cynthia to do her first open water swim tryouts for the PD Triathlon later this month. During the swim, I met Grace, a very bubbly young woman who has an infectious smile and I am smitten by her honesty. We talked about a lot of things and she mentioned about Templar's Park. And I am bowled over when she described Templar's Park. I have to see it and try it.
This Saturday, after our FRIM run, we plan to swim here which she told me is not far from where FRIM is.
FRIM run
7am, junction near mosque
please bring some snacks for our picnic up at Helipad (Steroid's Hill)
Templar's swim
10am, entrance of FRIM
Come on, let's enjoy the outdoors. We can picnic here. If I can pack nasi lemak I would! She has a detailed report on the park here.
Hope to see you during the run or swim!

According to Grace, the shallow part is about waist deep (4ft) and the middle part is almost 5ft. The deepest part is yet to be explored. We can do crazy laps here.
