Post insanity

Post 100KM. Post insanity.

I am still alive. And back at work. I am no longer limping from DOMS or the blisters and its healing really fast. And my toenails are all intact. I like the idea of looking ordinary but doing something extraordinary for my own little pleasure.

Somehow the news that I did a 100KM marathon made its way around the office. "Why, Kash? Why did you run the 100KM?" I said I wanted the free t-shirt. "I could have given you a free t-shirt and you don't have to torture yourself. I could give you 10 free t-shirts." I laughed. It's true. Nothing is as insane to a non runner as running a 100KM. Heck, to a runner, even a 100KM is an impossible distance. It was for me too. Until I actually did it.

So. Nothing is impossible. Impossible is Nothing. Adidas was right.

Adidas is right, and expensive too.
But they're right, alright.

moral of the story :
1) you can get 10 tshirt just by telling your office mate that you're running 100km

2) adidas is always right and expensive

welcome back kash..

P/s: Syah, sapa yg paling kerap panjat Steroid Hill of FRIM tu.. berwaspadalah....

I believe many runners enjoy having DOMS. It gives them the sense of 'insane strength' from within.
Itu pasal bila jalan kengkang2 lepas marathon pun masih boleh senyum bangga.
